Solutions Architect

About

On-Demand Group is currently seeking a Solutions Architect on a contract-for-hire basis. This role has a hybrid work setting, with 2-3 in-office days per week in the South metro. Candidates must be local to the Twin Cities market to be considered.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working as a Solutions Architect
• Experience working in enterprise healthcare systems or payer/provider environments
• Familiarity with API integrations, data processing pipelines, and system interoperability
• Experience with backend processing, integrations, and high-volume transaction workflows
• Strong understanding of EDI processes and healthcare data exchange
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end solution architectures that meet functional, non‑functional, and business requirements
• Define application, integration, data, and infrastructure architecture for new initiatives and enhancements
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, cloud strategies, and security requirements
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, patterns, and frameworks to support scalability and maintainability
• Work within AWS, Pega, Salesforce environment

Compensation

The projected hourly range for this position is $80 to $90.
