Due to our growth and success, we are hiring a Technical Solutions Architect and a Functional Solutions Architect to support our SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud practice. You will collaborate with Vision33 team members to articulate and envision our SAP Public Cloud solutions to provide a superior customer service experience to clients. Responsibilities

As a Technical Solutions Architect, responsibilities include:

• Support customers through the full lifecycle of an SAP S/4 HANA implementation—from discovery to post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to gather technical and business requirements, design scalable solutions across app dev, automation and integration.
• Operational knowledge of common business processes in finance, logistics, or manufacturing domains, depending on client needs.
• Lead system setup, integrations, data migrations, user authorizations, and technical configuration to ensure end-to-end functionality and performance.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning throughout the implementation cycle.
• Deliver technical expertise on cloud architecture, extensibility options, and integration methods (including BTP, APIs, and third-party systems).
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for live cloud customers, ensuring issue resolution and continuous optimization.
• Stay current on SAP S/4 HANA innovations, SAP roadmap updates, and best practices to deliver strategic and cutting-edge solutions.

As a Functional Solutions Architect, responsibilities include:

• Lead Solution Architecture for Cloud ERP (Public Cloud) projects, aligning business goals with scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions.
• Design and lead delivery of End-to-End business solutions, guiding implementations from scope through go-live and beyond.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies through research, proof-of-concepts, and team-wide adoption.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, validate designs, and ensure value-driven outcomes.
• Mentor developers and consultants, provide architectural oversight, and lead delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Define integration strategies between SAP Cloud ERP (Public Cloud) and third-party/cloud platforms to enable seamless business operations.
• Stay ahead of innovation in SAP Public Cloud technologies and help shape Vision33’s future-ready architecture approach.

Requirements / Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations, preferably Public Cloud.
• Strong understanding of SAP cloud architecture, extensibility, and integration technologies.
• Proven experience with at least one technical domain such as data migration, Fiori app configuration, identity management, API integrations, or BTP extensions.
• Familiarity with ERP competitors such as Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or Epicor is an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you can work directly with clients and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple deliverables.
• Passion for customer success and delivering measurable business value through technology.
