About

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud/Data Cloud, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and enterprise integration architectures. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams to design scalable and high-performing enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Leads to refine and understand business requirements.
  • Design scalable and secure enterprise solutions leveraging cloud-native and SaaS technologies.
  • Collaborate with domain architects and integration architects to deliver architecture artifacts and solution designs.
  • Create and present solution sketches, architecture diagrams, and technical recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Leverage and define architecture patterns for enterprise solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings and technical discussions with stakeholders, partners, and engineering teams.
  • Continuously build business and systems domain expertise.
  • Support Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies across teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong architectural and technical experience with ServiceNow.
  • Expertise with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience designing REST APIs that support strong developer experience and seamless system integration.
  • Experience designing systems leveraging Kafka for messaging and streaming.
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of normalization, denormalization, sharding, and other data architecture patterns.
  • Experience designing and developing complex distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts including concurrency, race conditions, and parallelism.
  • Experience with modern technologies including Java, JavaScript, Node.js, messaging queues, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with software design patterns and architectural best practices.
  • Strong analytical, estimation, testing, and system design skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within Agile teams and methodologies.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Contact Center technologies such as Salesforce and Five9.
  • Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with SAFe software development principles.
  • Experience with distributed caching solutions.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
