About The Job

We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Architect to join our Applied AI Professional Services team.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, architecture, and client strategy. You will be responsible for designing intelligent agent workflows, guiding model strategy, and leading the implementation of production‑grade AI systems.

You won’t just design solutions—you will define what should be built, how it should work, and how it delivers real business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Design: Define and design AI agent workflows, multi‑agent systems, and end‑to‑end solution architectures.
• Model Strategy: Select, integrate, and optimize LLMs, RAG pipelines, and ML models for production use.
• Data Intelligence: Structure, enrich, and process data (structured/unstructured) to improve model performance and outcomes.
• Build & Deliver: Lead prototyping and implementation of scalable, production‑grade AI solutions.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into effective AI‑driven systems.

Location

• Based in or willing to work in New Jersey (This is an immediate, onsite/hybrid position).
