About the role

Mission

  1. Customer-Specific Demo Development

    • Build tailored demos using real customer RFQs, tenders, and technical documents
    • Demonstrate realistic, achievable value during pre-sales
  2. Onboarding & Technical Adoption (Core Responsibility)

    • Take ownership of making the platform work on customer use cases and data centered around requirements elicitation from specification documents
    • Investigate and resolve customer-specific scenarios and edge cases during onboarding
    • Support customers in navigating and applying the platform effectively by:
      • providing clear guidance and best practices
      • demonstrating practical ways to handle complex or non-standard cases
    • Proactively identify where additional guidance is needed and translate this into reusable knowledge (e.g. examples, patterns, internal playbooks)
    • Continuously refine how the platform is applied to ensure practical and scalable usage
  3. Data Ingestion & Platform Configuration

    • Ingest and prepare structured and semi-structured customer legacy data (e.g. requirement lists, specifications)
    • Use Python-based ETL workflows to:
      • clean and transform data
      • standardize formats
      • prepare data for ingestion
    • Validate data quality and consistency to ensure reliable platform behavior and outputs
  4. Validation & Continuous Improvement

    • Continuously validate platform behavior and output quality on real-world data
    • Identify gaps between expected and actual results
    • Refine configurations and approaches across customers
  5. Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis

    • Diagnose issues related to:
      • data quality and structure
      • document processing
      • workflow configuration
    • Distinguish between:
      • data issues
      • product limitations
      • configuration problems
  6. Product Feedback & Pattern Building

    • Provide structured, actionable feedback to product and engineering teams
    • Identify recurring patterns across customers
    • Contribute to building repeatable approaches and best practices
  7. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

    • Document solutions, edge cases, and reusable patterns
    • Support the development of internal playbooks to enable scaling

Your Profile

  • 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar roles in customer-facing enterprise software
  • Strong hands-on experience with data processing, ETL workflows, and APIs
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Comfortable working with complex, unstructured documents and data
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented with a strong debugging and analytical approach
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
  • Strong contributor to documentation and knowledge building , including:
    • best practices
    • reusable patterns
    • customer-facing and internal collaterals

As a Solutions Engineer , you are responsible for making the platform work in real customer environments. You will work directly with customer data and documents, implement and adapt use cases, resolve edge cases, and guide customers in using the platform as part of their daily workflow. Your goal is to ensure that the product delivers consistent, usable results in practice. You also support the sales process by preparing and delivering tailored demos based on real customer data , demonstrating how the platform can be applied in realistic scenarios.
