This is a small, high impact team with real budget and direct access to leadership. The expectation is simple: find meaningful problems, build solutions quickly, and make sure they are actually used.

What you would own

• How information flows across the company

  • Design the structure and standards that make data clean, connected and usable
  • Partner with domain owners across People, Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Legal
  • Ensure knowledge is accessible for both humans and AI systems

• The internal AI tooling layer

  • Architect and build in house capabilities that reduce reliance on external SaaS
  • Create systems the business owns, understands and can evolve quickly
  • Focus on practical impact, not experimentation for its own sake

• Agentic workflows across teams

  • Work directly with stakeholders to identify high value use cases
  • Ship automations in short cycles with real users
  • Enable teams to extend and maintain what you build so impact compounds

What they are looking for

• Around five years of experience in data, integrations or machine learning engineering
• Hands on experience with the Claude ecosystem, including agent frameworks and tool use
• A track record of shipping internal tools or agentic workflows quickly
• Strong Python and SQL, plus experience integrating modern SaaS platforms
• Ability to write clear solution specs and explain trade offs to non technical stakeholders
• Confidence to challenge requests when automation is not the right answer
• A self starter mindset, comfortable creating clarity without a perfect brief
