Our Client's IoT products and solutions simplifies device and data management by connecting distributed devices through secure and reliable cloud services. With Our Client's solutions in place, their customers have access to the latest open source and standardized software stacks, flexible and rugged Multi-service IoT Gateways and sophisticated sensors to bring actionable data from the field into business operations.

We are looking for exceptional individuals with a solid foundation in IoT projects, embedded Linux systems, object-oriented software development, and a passion for large distributed real-time systems.

You will be part of an incredibly talented, hardworking, international team. You will work on all aspects of software development including design, implementation, and testing, including support of the IoT solutions once deployed to production environments of customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Support IoT presales, IoT solution architecture, IoT demos, IoT PoC/Pilots, IoT training
• Describe IoT architectures of customer’s solutions and derive detailed Statement of Work
• Design, test, and support of IoT customer solutions
• Coordinate different phases of a project with customers
• Coordinate, train and enable System Integrators and eco-system partners on Eurotech IoT products

Required Skills

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• A 2-year to 5-year work experience
• Experience in implementing IoT solutions and deploying them in a customer production environment
• Thorough work experience with Linux environments, embedded systems, Linux system configuration, and network administration
• Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming, strong skills in Java, C++, Python
• Working experience of micro-services and web applications specifically Servlets REST
• Desire to learn and become proficient in a broad set of new technologies related to IoT
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Experience in working inside a customer project environment, including progress reporting, efficient sharing of information and documentation of the deliverables
• A team player with self-motivation

Desirable Experience

• Experience with IoT related technologies and standards such as MQTT, CoAP, AMQP, LWM2M
• Experience with cellular technologies and embedded modem configuration
• Knowledge of secure computing, cryptographic protocols and communications security
• Experience with message brokers and their deployments – Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, and Camel
• Comfortable with version control and release management, e.g.. Git and Maven
• Working experience with Cloud management and cluster administration (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Continuous Delivery, DevOps, Agile Software Development and SCRUM
