In this role, you articulate the business value of TeamViewer ONE to customers across Europe, bridging technical know-how with clear, customer-facing communication. You will demonstrate how the platform enables remote connectivity, endpoint management, and a superior digital employee experience, while collaborating with Inside Sales and Commercial Sales. You contribute to solution designs, technical docs, and POV/POC activities, driving fast, high-quality execution. This is an opportunity to grow into a subject matter expert in a dynamic, cross-functional environment that shapes digitalization for diverse customers.

- Handle customer-focused tasks independently with timely, high-quality execution
- Contribute to RFx responses, technical questionnaires, and internal knowledge sharing
- Stay updated on trends in device management, endpoint security, automation, and modern IT architectures
- Engage in continuous learning and enablement programs to progress toward SME status
Responsibilities
- 1-3 years in technical presales, IT support, endpoint management, systems administration or related fields
- Understanding of Windows, macOS, mobile OS, networks, and basic security concepts
- Strong motivation and curiosity to grow into a full presales engineering skill set
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to customers
- Ability to collaborate in fast-paced sales cycles
- Familiarity with SaaS, RMM, ITSM, or device management platforms is a plus
- Experience with scripting, APIs, or automation technologies is beneficial but not mandatory
- Multilingual skills (Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, etc.) are an advantage
- Proactive, positive mindset and passion for helping customers solve real challenges
