Solutions Engineer

About this role:

• Partner with business stakeholders, project sponsors, vendors, InfoSec, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.
• Translate project requests, tickets, and business initiatives into actionable implementation plans and technical documentation.
• Evaluate how new applications, platforms, and vendor solutions integrate into the existing enterprise environment.
• Work directly with vendors to gather technical specifications, implementation steps, Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing details, and integration requirements.
• Assist in creating architecture diagrams, process flows, and solution documentation when vendors do not provide sufficient detail.

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Systems Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, or related solutions-focused role.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Experience working across multiple enterprise systems, applications, and integrations.
• Comfortable participating in technical discussions involving APIs and integrations, cloud environments, infrastructure dependencies, system interactions, and solution architecture concepts.
• Experience within financial services, banking, or enterprise environments is a plus.
