Job Title: Senior Solutions Engineer – Cloud & Kubernetes (Remote – US/Canada)

What You’ll Do
| Area | Responsibilities |

| Customer Engagement | • Partner with new and existing enterprise customers throughout the full lifecycle – from presale discovery to implementation, go‑live, and ongoing support. • Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business needs into scalable cloud solutions. |
| Solution Design & Delivery | • Architect, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS, EKS, GKE) and related cloud‑native services. • Build and maintain IaC pipelines (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.) to ensure repeatable, auditable deployments. • Develop automation scripts and tooling in Bash, Python, Go, or C to streamline operations. |
| Operations & Support | • Provide Tier‑2/3 troubleshooting for production incidents, performance bottlenecks, and security concerns. • Mentor internal engineering teams and customers on best practices for container orchestration, observability, and resilience. |
| Documentation & Knowledge Sharing | • Produce clear, customer‑focused documentation (architecture diagrams, runbooks, SOPs). • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, webinars, and technical blogs. |
| Continuous Improvement | • Gather feedback from the field to influence product roadmap and feature prioritization. • Stay current with emerging cloud‑native technologies and share insights with the team. |
Who You Are

| 5+ years in engineering/operations (systems, software, infrastructure) | • Deep expertise in Kubernetes – design, deployment, day‑to‑day management. • Hands‑on experience with AKS, EKS, GKE and multi‑cloud networking/storage. |
| 2+ years supporting external enterprise customers (solutions engineering, customer success, technical support) | • Strong Linux proficiency (Bash/Shell scripting). • Proficiency in Python, Go, or C for automation and tooling. |
| Proven track record delivering cloud‑native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP | • Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.). • Container orchestration & CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). |
| Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical/Electrical/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience) | • Excellent communication – can explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. • Passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing. |
