Solutions Engineer SLED - SOCAL

About the Role

In this role you drive technical value for Dynatrace’s SLED customers by delivering expert demos, leading PoCs, and guiding RFIs/RFPs. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with innovation labs, services, CSMs, and marketing to shape customer solutions and accelerate adoption. You’ll travel up to 30 % to engage with buyers and partners, translating complex tech into business outcomes. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced, growth‑focused role at a leader in unified observability.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Dynatrace offerings at events and customer meetings
• Collaborate with sales to uncover new and incremental opportunities
• Lead PoC creation and cloud architecture discussions for multiple opportunities
• Present Dynatrace vision to C‑suite and stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance through Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Proposal stages
• Deliver on‑stage demonstrations at events and demo booths
• Gather customer feedback for Product Management to influence roadmap
• Support partners as a technical point of contact and advisor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in observability/SLED
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel up to 30 %
