Responsibilities
- Market Ownership: Manage the product lifecycle in the French solar market, including planning, launch, marketing, sales support, and customer experience.
- Technical Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for solar inverter technologies (microinverters, string inverters, hybrid inverters, etc.), ensuring compliance with market trends and regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and R&D to define product needs, prioritize features, and deliver timely solutions.
- Customer Solutions: Support sales by identifying customer requirements, delivering tailored solutions, and participating in RFPs and pilot projects.
- Training & Enablement: Train distributors, installers, and sales teams on product specs, system applications, and competitive positioning.
- Market Analysis: Track competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback to guide product strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Travel: in France to meet clients, support deployments, and attend industry events. Occasional international travel
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, product management, or system integration in the solar or energy storage industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar inverter systems and PV integration, with a focus on electrical and mechanical design.
- Analytical and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and develop technical proposals.
- Fluent French and fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
