Compensation

  • Base salary: $75k‑90k
  • Expected earnings: $175k‑225k (with monthly commission payouts)

Must Haves

  • 3‑5 years' experience within commercial construction environments
  • Experience working with an engineered solution (Pump & power, temporary structures/fencing, trench, flooring solutions, HVAC, Climate Control, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Comfortability meeting onsite with Project Managers and Superintendents
  • Highly technical aptitude with the ability to translate jobsite needs into effective solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM
  • Experience with Bluebeam or comparable construction document management tool

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new climate control solutions opportunities across the region
  • Engage early on projects to review drawings, specs, and jobsite requirements
  • Consult with customers to design engineered heating, cooling, drying, and humidity solutions
  • Balance time between the branch, the field, and administrative follow‑up throughout the week
  • Build long‑term relationships with PMs, Superintendents, and key project stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Exposure to mega projects or mission‑critical construction (e.g., data centers, large commercial or industrial builds)
  • Understanding of how projects manage temperature and humidity differently across seasons and project phases
  • This role is responsible for driving climate revenue across a regional book of business consisting of top‑ranked general building and specialty contractor accounts
  • On a day‑to‑day basis, this role manages assigned strategic accounts while also identifying and pursuing new opportunities, including mega, mission-critical and high‑profile projects that may fall outside the existing customer base
  • The role involves engaging customers at jobsites and offices, delivering value‑driven presentations for heating, cooling, drying, and indoor air quality solutions
