This role is at the heart of our UK Solution Centre business, working with medium and low-voltage switchgear, power and distribution transformers, EV-charging infra-structure, UPS, cooling equipment, containerised solutions and services for utilities, DNOs, renewables, contracting, datacentres sectors and other large-scale infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do:
- Analyse complex RFQs and deliver best-in-class tender proposals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the solution meets or exceeds customer demands.
- Perform cost planning, risk assessments, optimize solutions along with technical support teams and enhance profitability to ensure seamless project execution.
- Co-lead negotiations with customers and suppliers to secure orders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proactive profile with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- Technical expertise in cost planning, bid / tender management or execution of projects for utilities, DNOs, renewables, contracting, datacentres or large-scale infrastructure projects (medium and low-voltage electrical systems).
- Familiarity with one or more of the following solutions: medium and low-voltage switchgear, power and distribution transformers, EV-charging infra-structure, UPS, cooling equipment, containerised solutions and respective implementation services
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Degree-level education in Engineering, Project Management or Business, or equivalent experience.
- Previous work experience in sales, tendering or execution of electrical infrastructure projects.
