For our client, a globally active world market leader, we are currently looking for an experienced PMO for S4/HANA Transformation - Source to Pay (STP) Business Readiness Lead (m/f/d). As part of a program, you will accompany a comprehensive S/4HANA transformation to elevate Source-to-Pay processes to a new technological level and establish sustainable business excellence.

Start: June 26

Duration: 31.12.26 months (with option for extension)

Location: Remote (approx. 90%), occasional travel to locations in Germany (approx. 10%)

Overview

As a key PMO and operational coordination partner, you will work closely with the STP Business Workstream Lead to manage deployment planning, governance activities, and stakeholder alignment within the FME organization.

Project Description

Your core task is to act as a "shield" for the Global Process Owners (GPOs). This allows the subject matter experts to concentrate fully on process design while you take over the administrative project management tasks for them.

Key Functions

In this position, you will summarize the following key functions:

  • Ensuring "Business Readiness": You will prepare business teams for upcoming process, system, and organizational changes and support all phases of program implementation.
  • Project and Schedule Management: You will manage daily project execution, schedule management, and cross-workstream coordination specifically for the STP area.
  • Central Point of Contact: You will be the primary "intake funnel" for deadlines and requirements brought forward by the data, testing, and change management teams to the STP area.

  • Professional and Personal Skills: A structured approach to independently track tasks, risks, and results without constant prompting is crucial. The individual must be able to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously. A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing program requirements, are also essential.
  • Languages and Travel: Advanced English skills are required; other languages are an advantage. Occasional business travel of up to 10% is also expected.
  • Work Experience: The individual should have several years of experience in project management, STP transformations, SAP/S/4HANA implementations, or business readiness roles. Experience in supporting large-scale transformation or ERP implementation programs is preferred. Additionally, experience in Source-to-Pay (STP) and Procurement Operations is required. The individual must have experience coordinating cross-functional projects within matrix organizations and be familiar with governance, reporting, deployment, or change management activities.
