We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support top-of-funnel hiring efforts. This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, market mapping, and initial candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates using various tools and techniques (Boolean search, job boards, networking)
• Conduct initial outreach, light screening, and candidate qualification
• Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and talent needs
• Maintain candidate data and activity in ATS (Jobvite preferred)
• Support recruiting events and talent pipeline initiatives
• Track sourcing metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience (sourcing-heavy role)
• Experience sourcing across functions like Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Operations
• Strong Boolean search and research skills
• Experience with ATS platforms (Jobvite preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
