Talent Sourcer (Part-Time)

About Auxo is hiring a Talent Sourcer to help build high-quality pipelines for niche roles in SaaS, AI, and early-stage startups.

You’ll work directly with the founder to identify, engage, and qualify top candidates across North America.

Your role is simple but critical: find the right people, reach out with the right message, and generate qualified interest that turns into booked calls.

This is not a volume role. We care about precision, context, and quality over mass outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Build targeted candidate lists for technical and non-technical roles
• Source candidates using LinkedIn and other tools
• Identify strong profiles based on context, not just keywords
• Send outbound messages and manage initial candidate outreach
• Handle first-level responses and share job details with interested candidates
• Drive candidates to book calls through a structured process
• Track activity and maintain clean pipeline organization
• Follow up consistently with candidates who show interest
• Work closely with the founder to refine targeting and messaging
• Continuously improve sourcing quality based on feedback

Who You Are

• 2+ year of experience in sourcing or recruitment
• Strong ability to identify quality profiles on LinkedIn or other tools
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
• Comfortable doing outbound messaging and follow-ups
• Organized and consistent in execution
• Detail-oriented with strong research skills
• Strong written communication
• Comfortable working independently
• Experience sourcing candidates in SaaS, startups, or AI
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
