About

The role focuses on collection development and production support, ensuring seamless coordination between product teams, factories, and merchandising groups while driving efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in sketch deliveries with product teams & factories
• Participate in the construction of collection documents (bill of materials)
• Follow samples reception & exchange between teams
• Update product data & information in systems at all stages of development (trims, fabrics, packaging)
• Organize & plan factory visits logistics, accompany & guide merchandising teams
• Guarantee SMS on‑time deliveries
• Participate in product fittings with Design & Product teams
• Propose product and/or process improvements to achieve better efficiencies/quality/price
• Update technical pack for industrial production launch
• Secure style duplication from other platforms to enable nearshoring strategy
• Review trims & fabrics with quality team
• Negotiate final prices with suppliers to meet financial targets
• Ensure on‑time OK production according to BU planning schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in textile & apparel sourcing or development
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint & internal systems
• Detail‑oriented
• Problem‑solving and results‑oriented mindset
• Financial acumen and analytical skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate with functional stakeholders
