๐Ÿ“ Rquirements: - Active TS/SCI clearance with Counter-Intelligence polygraph - Bachelors degree in an engineering or science discipline related to physics, engineering, or mathematics - At least nine (9) years of relevant experience with a Bachelors; seven (7) years with a Masters; four (4) years with a PhD - Familiarity with Intelligence Community and Department of Defense architectures, spacecraft, and payloads - Strong technical skills and experience in space hardware, satellite sensors, and subsystems - Excellent interpersonal abilities across various groups, offices, and organizations - Proficient written and verbal communication and presentation skills - In-depth understanding of government acquisition processes, including technical contract documentation - Ability to convey complex technical topics to diverse senior decision-makers - Exceptional coordination and customer engagement skills - Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment - Knowledgeable about space systems including design, development, manufacture, integration, testing, and operations - Proficient with Microsoft Office for creating technical documents

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ป Your responsibilities are: - Conduct analysis and apply critical thinking to complex challenges while offering recommendations and well-thought-out courses of action to government clients - Assess requirements and the corresponding verification and validation strategies to meet government goals - Work alongside industry partners through all phases of design, manufacturing, integration, testing, and operations - Review contract deliverables and collaborate with industry stakeholders based on assessments, providing thorough recommendations to government clients - Participate in program lifecycle design reviews and key technical subject matter expert roles in enterprise readiness reviews and oversight checkpoints - Prepare and deliver program briefings to leadership, government sponsors, and oversight organizations - Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and make informed decisions to mitigate potential challenges - Maintain program documentation and reporting in compliance with federal acquisition regulations and security standards
