Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group), a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Space Management Engineers (m/f/d) to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic facilities and infrastructure projects with Airbus in Germany.

📍 Locations include Bavaria region (Taufkirchen, Manching, Ottobrunn and surrounding sites), as well as other Airbus locations across Germany.

What You Will Do

• Maintain and update space and user data in the Planon room and space management system
• Create and update layouts, occupancy plans and space drawings according to changing requirements
• Support and implement minor relocations, refurbishments and space conversions, ensuring compliance with safety and fire protection regulations
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors on‑site, including service acceptance and invoice verification
• Monitor space usage changes, define KPIs, prepare reports, and process orders and service requests in SAP and Planon (Bavaria area)

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Facility Management or a related technical field
• Relevant hands-on experience in facility management, space management or technical site operations.
• Knowledge or willingness to work with Planon and SAP.
• C1 English Level – mandatory.
• German C1 (will be a plus)
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
