Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will perform the following tasks:

• Maintain business relationships with clients, take on mandates, and occasionally visit client sites
• Search, approach, meet, and profile potential candidates
• Research new tips or strategies to maximize recruitment results
• Based on client criteria, ensure proper matching and present found profiles
• Schedule interviews between the client and candidates and ensure follow-ups from both sides
• Participate in the preparation and agreement when a hiring occurs
• Ensure that files are continuously complete and updated
• Client prospecting
