Python API Integration Specialist (Rally & Jira)

About

As part of a strategic initiative, you will contribute to the optimization and reliability of integrations between Agile tools such as Rally and Jira. You will help build robust solutions ensuring seamless data synchronization and improved system performance.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining workflows between Rally and Jira
• Automating data synchronization using tools like ConnectAll
• Developing Python scripts for data extraction and reporting (ServiceNow, PPM+, etc.)
• Troubleshooting integration and performance issues
• Supporting onboarding of teams onto Rally
• Ensuring system reliability and performance

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong Python scripting skills
• Solid experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Comfortable with JSON data formats
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Jira, Rally, or similar Agile tools
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

Nice to have

• DevOps / SDLC knowledge
• Exposure to AI tools (OpenAI, Claude)
