About Us

Join a technology team specializing in the reliability, resilience, and performance of critical platforms related to financial services. This key role combines SRE engineering, automation, DevSecOps practices, and generative AI integration to modernize development and operational practices in a large-scale cloud environment.

You will actively contribute to the evolution of strategic platforms by ensuring system stability, continuous improvement of engineering practices, and automation of IT operations, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a modern Agile and Cloud context.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate and secure software delivery
• Promote SRE, DevSecOps, and observability best practices among application and infrastructure teams
• Contribute to the resilience and stability of critical platforms by participating in major incident management and improving reliability indicators
• Integrate generative AI into the software development cycle using tools like GitHub Copilot and VS Code
• Automate operational tasks and IT processes to reduce risks and increase efficiency
• Improve technical documentation and architecture diagrams by incorporating notions of stability, availability, and resilience
• Participate in the evolution of Cloud, security, and automation practices in modern AWS environments
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and architecture teams in an Agile context

• Cloud: AWS, AWS Bedrock, native cloud services, cloud security
• Observability: Datadog, CloudWatch, Splunk
• Development: GitHub Copilot, VS Code
• Practices: SRE, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, observability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in designing complex systems and large-scale distributed environments
• Solid expertise in AWS services, including secure cloud environments and automation practices
• Hands-on experience with SRE, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and observability approaches
• Good command of monitoring and analysis tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, and Splunk
• Experience with integrating generative AI into software development practices
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and influence best practices
• Technical leadership, collaborative spirit, and strong continuous improvement orientation
• Bilingualism in French/English considered an asset
