Responsibilities

Qualifications

A successful Special Projects Foreman should have:

  • Proven hands-on experience leading crews and coordinating field operations for institutional focused projects in the healthcare space.
  • Familiarity working with infectious control spaces.
  • Experience working on projects below $1M in value.
  • Strong working knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and applicable building codes.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills to guide crews, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with project management teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing site conditions and project requirements.
  • Solid organizational skills to manage daily priorities, coordinate multiple activities, and keep work progressing in a fast-paced environment.
