Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain employer relationships to generate job opportunities.
  • Partner with Career Advisors to match openings with jobseeker skills.
  • Promote roles through one‑on‑one outreach and virtual/on‑site recruitment events.
  • Coordinate referrals with partner agencies and community resources.
  • Track and document client progress and maintain accurate case files.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years’ experience as an Account Manager, Job Developer, or working with adults.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong assessment, problem‑solving, and referral skills.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and individuals with multiple barriers.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting adults entering employment or post‑secondary education preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Salary Range

$30.00 p/h
