Position

Specialist Accounting (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Specialist Accounting (m/f/d) for our Accounting, Finance & Controlling department, initially for a fixed term of three years. This is a full-time or part-time position (minimum 25 hours/week).

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for bookkeeping and the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for our subsidiaries, ensuring transparent and reliable financial reports within the group.
  • You will prepare payment runs in the electronic banking system for management and ensure smooth and timely payment transactions.
  • As a member of the accounts payable team, you will review, code, and book incoming invoices for all group companies.
  • You will be responsible for tasks related to the monthly and annual closing of the entire corporate group and contribute to the quality of the closing results.
  • You will support cross-departmental projects for process optimization and digitalization, contributing your ideas for more efficient workflows.
  • You will act as a point of contact for internal interfaces, ensuring transparent information flow and constructive collaboration.

Requirements

  • You have a commercial or tax-related apprenticeship or a completed commercial degree, along with relevant professional experience.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of HGB (German Commercial Code) and German tax law, and apply this knowledge confidently in your daily work.
  • Ideally, you are already familiar with SAP FI or are eager to learn it quickly and with commitment.
  • You enjoy working in a team and value open, supportive collaboration.
  • You approach tasks with high motivation and a proactive attitude.
  • You work reliably, responsibly, and with a high standard of quality.
  • You communicate clearly, openly, and at eye level.
