Role Description
Job Title: Salesforce Training Lead
Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
Role Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Training Lead to design and deliver role‑based training programs and job aids that enable Day‑1 user performance across impacted personas. This role ensures effective knowledge transfer, adoption readiness, and sustained user enablement for Salesforce launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver role‑based Salesforce training tailored to diverse user personas
- Develop job aids, quick reference guides, and enablement materials to support Day‑1 readiness
- Partner with business stakeholders and OCM teams to align training with change impacts
- Conduct training sessions (virtual and in‑person) and measure effectiveness through feedback and adoption metrics
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure training content reflects system functionality and business processes
- Drive continuous improvement of training programs based on user feedback and evolving Salesforce capabilities
Primary Skills
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform functionality and user workflows
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery
- Ability to create role‑based enablement materials, job aids, e‑learning, workshops
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods
Secondary Skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
- Analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness and adoption metrics
- Flexibility to adapt training strategies to evolving business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- 9–12 years of experience in training and enablement, with at least 3–5 years in Salesforce programs
- Experience in enterprise‑scale training delivery across diverse user groups
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant) desirable
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools
- Track record of driving successful user adoption in large‑scale digital transformation initiatives
