Specialist in artificial intelligence

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems in systems and business processes and propose solutions based on artificial intelligence
• Ensure continuous monitoring of artificial intelligence technologies, methods and uses
• Collaborate in the evaluation of new use cases by prioritizing according to benefits, business impact, feasibility, data maturity and risks
• Translate workflows and business irritants into clear requirements for AI products and user journeys
• Design, integrate and implement artificial intelligence solutions to solve complex problems
• Define and manage a roadmap including estimated costs and product implementation plan
• Transform business objectives into scalable technical solutions and develop prototypes
• Validate solutions for compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements
• Manage suppliers and contracts related to AI solutions
• Collaborate with analyst, data management, and architecture consulting teams to prepare data for action
• Propose measurable performance indicators related to solutions (productivity, efficiency, satisfaction)
• Provide an advisory role in the choice and evolution of solutions in collaboration with the security and digital transformation teams
• Prepare deliverables including documentation, training materials and test cases
• Contribute to the training of super-users and ensure knowledge transfer
• Animate communities of practice and support the adoption of solutions
• Promote alignment with enterprise architecture and act as a point of liaison between internal teams and vendors

Qualifications

• Have experience in data, application and artificial intelligence management
• Master artificial intelligence-related frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Demonstrate experience in the development and integration of artificial intelligence systems, including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines or workflows automated
• Be able to provide expert advice in several areas of artificial intelligence
• Knowledge of Microsoft platforms such as Fabric, Azure AI, and Power Platform (an asset)
• Demonstrate initiative, leadership and good organizational skills
• Adopt an analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
• Demonstrate teamwork, rigor and synthesis
• Adapt to new concepts and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Collaborate effectively and popularize technical concepts in a business partnership approach
