Spectrum National Security Systems Program Manager

The Spectrum National Security Systems Program Manager leads efforts to ensure the successful development, modernization, and maintenance of the portfolio of the Office of Spectrum Management's (OSM's) Spectrum National Security Systems, which are required for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) to meet its Primary Mission Essential Function of managing federal spectrum use.
