About Us

Our Controlling Department transforms the entire complexity of our hospital operations into numbers and reliably delivers the desired financial data by the binding deadlines. We create the budget as well as variance analyses for our financial statements and handle all kinds of business management inquiries. As an addition to our team, we are looking for an Operations Accountant.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing and parameterizing the operational accounting according to the REKOLE standard
• Accompanying REKOLE (re)certifications
• Participating in data submissions
• Supporting the Head of Controlling in the budget process and quarterly closing
• Maintaining and further developing the reporting system with a BI tool
• Operational support in cross-departmental projects
• Preparation and support of ad-hoc analyses

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in operational accounting/financial controlling, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Experience with cost accounting in Navision and according to REKOLE is an advantage
• Comprehensive user knowledge (MS Excel and BI Tool)
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex tasks independently
• Quality-conscious, independent, and precise way of working
• Resilient, responsible, and service-oriented personality and a flexible team player
