Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sponsorship Manager. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities, maintaining relationships with sponsors, and managing sponsorship programs. Key responsibilities include conducting sales outreach, developing sponsorship proposals, activating sponsorship agreements, and ensuring successful sponsor engagement during events. The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing and events teams to align sponsorships with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sponsorship Sales, with a track record of meeting revenue targets
- Strong Communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in Sponsorship Activation and delivering value to sponsors
- Knowledge of Event Management for planning and maximizing sponsorship opportunities
- Proficiency in negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with educational or non-profit sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
