Your Role

We are looking for a hands-on dealmaker based in Cape Town who can: • Build sponsorship pipelines in USA (priority), South Africa and Australia. • Approach brands and agencies directly • Close sponsorship deals end-to-end

This is a hunter role, not an admin role.

Requirements (STRICT)

You MUST have: • Minimum 2+ years experience in sponsorship / partnerships • Proven track record in closing deals • Experience in: • Sports events / mass participation / lifestyle brands • Strong ability to: • Pitch • Negotiate • Close • Based in Cape Town OR willing to relocate

What We Don’t Want • Pure account managers without sales responsibility • Event coordinators without deal experience • “I supported partnerships” profiles • You must have closed deals yourself

Compensation • Base salary (ZAR) + aggressive commission model • Upside linked directly to sponsorship revenue

Positioning

You will play a key role in scaling international sponsorship revenue across multiple brands and markets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R360 000,00 - R900 000,00 per year
