What You’ll Do

• Lead 24/5 spray drying operations, ensuring top‑tier quality, yield, and efficiency
• Oversee process parameters and production schedules
• Drive quality compliance with QA/QC teams
• Manage, train, and motivate operators and technicians
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure equipment readiness
• Champion safety, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement
• Optimise processes, support trials, and push innovation
• Deliver clear production reporting and KPIs

What You Bring

• 10+ years in Spray‑Dried Dispersion, ideally including PSD4
• 5+ years leading teams in a GMP production environment
• Technical training in industrial production, chemical processes, or industrial pharmacy
• Strong knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems
• Hands‑on leadership, analytical mindset, and operational rigor
• Excellent communication skills in English
