Engineering Specialist

The Source PM Team is seeking a motivated Engineering Specialist to handle sputter source repair and conversion tasks. You’ll troubleshoot chronic failures and analyze component robustness with equipment engineers to reduce failure rates. A self-starter with good problem-solving skills is essential in this role, as well as a willingness to work in a clean room environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sputter source repairs as per troubleshooting protocols
• Execute source conversions without disruption per MPS plan
• Analyze component failures alongside equipment engineers
• Track failure components for compliance to procedures
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and teamwork

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering
• Proficient in diagnosing mechanical and electronic issues
• Previous manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of sputter technology is advantageous
• Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts
