The RoleWe are looking for a SQL enthusiast who has mastered the basics and is ready to level up into the world ofLocation : HybridExperience Level : IntermediateContract duration : 12 - monthsThe RoleWe are looking for a SQL enthusiast who has mastered the basics and is ready to level up into the world of Modern Data Stacks and AI.This is the perfect role for someone who is technically strong in SQL and eager to integrate Generative AI and Cloud technologies into their daily professional toolkit.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment : Write clean, optimized T-SQL, PL / SQL, or PostgreSQL code to support business-critical applications.Optimization : Identify and fix slow-running queries using execution plans and clever indexing strategies.AI Adoption : Use AI coding assistants (like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT) to refactor code, generate documentation, and solve complex logic puzzles faster.ETL / ELT : Assist in building and monitoring data pipelines using tools like dbt, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory.Data Quality : Implement automated checks to ensure our data remains the "Single Source of Truth."Collaboration : Work closely with Senior Developers and Data Scientists to prepare data for Machine Learning models and LLM integrations.Technical Stack & RequirementsSQL Mastery : 3+ years of experience in a relational database environment (MS SQL, Oracle, or Postgres).The AI Edge : A genuine interest (and some experience) in using AI tools to write, debug, or document code.Modern Tools : Basic familiarity with Git (version control) and a desire to learn dbt or Cloud Data Warehousing (Azure / AWS).Problem Solving : Ability to translate a business "ask" into a functional SQL script.Education : A Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
