Accountabilities

• Oversee the product roadmap for a defined set of AI capabilities within the broader AI portfolio.
• Evaluate AI use cases in consideration of priorities, clinical outcomes, and operational needs.
• Translate complex business problems into articulated product requirements and success metrics.
• Conduct market and technology research to stay current on AI trends in healthcare.
• Lead cross-segment AI pilots from concept through validation and adoption.
• Define testing and validation approaches for both technical performance and utility.
• Maintain a business-aligned AI backlog, prioritizing work based on impact and feasibility.
• Guide end-to-end ownership of assigned AI products through launch and monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, AI and ML product development or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Well-developed technical foundation in AI and ML concepts.
• Experience delivering AI-powered products from concept to production.
• Ability to navigate AI governance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong product judgement with analytical rigor and user-centered thinking.
