A reputable boutique midmarket firm is looking for two high‑potential M&A professionals to join their growing Swiss team. This is an excellent opportunity for career bankers who are eager to take on responsibility, gain direct client exposure, and build long‑term relationships with large‑cap PE clients.

The Role

You will work across buy‑side and sell‑side M&A mandates, supporting senior deal team members while playing an increasingly visible role with clients. From day one, you'll be encouraged to engage commercially, think independently, and take ownership beyond your years.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution support on buy‑side and sell‑side M&A transactions.
• Financial analysis, valuation, and modelling.
• Involvement in due diligence processes (financial, commercial, coordination).
• Preparation of client materials, pitches, and transaction documentation.
• Direct exposure to large‑cap corporate clients.
• Active participation in client meetings and relationship building.
• Sector focus primarily on Telecoms and Consumer.

Candidate Profile

• Must have 2-4 years of full time experience in M&A (buy‑side or sell‑side).
• Have previous experience, exposure or coverage of the Swiss M&A market.
• Solid exposure to full due‑diligence and execution process, with a track record of closed deals.
• Given the scope of the role fluent German is required as well as solid understanding of Swiss-German .
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• High level of motivation, curiosity, and commercial mindset.
• Eager to take on responsibility and be active in the market despite relatively few year's experience.
• Naturally relationship‑driven; enjoys working with clients and building trust over time.
