About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Transformation supports strategic transformation initiatives within TFB Revenue Operations with a particular focus on Sales and Marketing functional areas. This role will play a key role in opportunity identification and implementation of new processes, tools, practices, and automation efforts, including AI initiatives.
The position collaborates closely with other teams in Revenue Ops, TFB, and IT to ensure insights, requirements, and execution plans are aligned. The role support initiative delivery through structured documentation, testing support, and coordination of activities. This role bridges the gap between data and action-driving better outcomes by translating strategic objectives into analytical outputs and project support.
This role is available in Bellevue, WA, Overland Park, KS or Frisco, TX and offers three days a week in office collaboration!
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced analysis efforts of complex systems and processes, translating findings into clear, actionable insights to support transformation objectives.
- Contribute to process and system redesign by supporting documentation of current/future state, defining business requirements, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate multi-functional input and project tracking for small to mid-sized workstreams.
- Develop visualizations, summaries, and reports that support leadership decision-making.
- Foster strong partnerships with multi-functional teams to support implementation of solutions.
- Support the development of cases, cost/benefit analyses, and ROI justification for proposed changes.
- Assist in change enablement activities, including creation of training materials, partner communications, and process documentation.
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance or related field or a combination of education and equivalent related experience (Required)
- 2-4 years - Transformation, business analysis, or process improvement
- 2-4 years - Experience with business case development
- 2-4 years - Experience with operational reporting or dashboards
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Multi-functional Collaboration Experience working with cross-functional teams to align on goals, gather inputs, and support delivery. Includes collaborating with functions such as Finance, IT, Ops, or HR to deliver shared outcomes. (Required)
- Communication Strong written and verbal communication capabilities, with the ability to tailor messaging for various stakeholders and document processes clearly. (Required)
- Enterprise Planning Workflow Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise planning workflows and user needs (Required)
- Training & Feedback Facilitation: Comfortable running training sessions and gathering qualitative feedback (Required)
- Attention to Detail & Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to apply logical problem-solving approaches with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors. (Required)
- Proficient across entire Microsoft Office 365 product suite (Required)
- Proficient in Salesfore (Strongly preferred)

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $73,100 - $131,800
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
