Support the Department Manager and Lead in end-to-end product lifecycle execution for womens woven programs, focusing on sample workflows, calendar adherence, and bulk garment deliverables. Own sample processes and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely approvals, cost management, and production readiness. Act as a liaison between design, sourcing, technical, and operations teams to mitigate risks and maintain milestone alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage TNAs, OTB allocations, and calendar milestones within PLM/GFE and coordinate with sourcing offices to resolve timing issues.
• Support cost management activities including cost sheet submission, BOM maintenance, and cost negotiation with sourcing partners.
• Oversee showroom sample process, SRS/Bulk PO creation and tracking, and ensure accuracy of PLM tech packs and BOMs.
• Maintain development trackers (Proto Tracker, Airtable), manage fittings, and document cross-functional meeting outcomes and agendas.
• Coordinate with RM, wash, and technical teams for line changes and sustainability documentation to meet approval deadlines.
• Support PMT and production teams on capacity planning, order management, chase/reconciliation, and escalation of delivery risks.

Requirements

• Experience with PLM, SAP, Airtable and GFE+ preferred.
• Product development or related experience across full product lifecycle with strong technical product knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), organizational ability, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage calendars, cost considerations, and vendor communication to optimize production outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills and ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
