Sr. Autosar Embedded Developers

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior embedded software engineer with strong Autostar experience to design, develop, and maintain software for automotive embedded systems. This role requires hands-on development, system-level understanding, and the ability to work closely with hardware, systems, and test teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain Autostar Classic and/or Adaptive software components
• Develop embedded software in C/C++ for automotive ECUs and microcontrollers
• Configure and customize Autostar BSW modules (MCAL, OS, COM stack, RTE)
• Work with system requirements to implement application and low-level software
• Debug and resolve complex issues using JTAG, trace tools, and logic analyzers
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, validation, and test teams across the development lifecycle
• Support software integration, bring-up, and validation on target hardware
• Follow automotive development standards and best practices (ASPICE, ISO 26262 as applicable)

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of embedded software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Autostar (Classic and/or Adaptive)
• Proficiency in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems
• Experience working with automotive microcontrollers (Infineon, NXP, Renesas, etc.)
• Understanding of CAN, LIN, FlexRay, or Ethernet
• Experience using embedded debugging and profiling tools
• Ability to read schematics and work close to hardware when needed

Nice to Have

• Experience with ISO 26262 / functional safety
• ASPICE environment experience
• Bootloader, diagnostics (UDS), or OTA update experience
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for embedded software
• Familiarity with automotive OEM or Tier 1 development processes
