Requirements

• Completed a degree in a CIS/MIS/related program or have significant years of experience on information system implementations
• Prior experience in a highly regulated or health-based industry (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Discover and analyze business processes to help understand the current "As Is" and define the "To Be" states for multi-million dollar, transformative initiatives
• Build relationships & collaborate with business owners, capturing the "Voice of the Customer" by writing, grooming and prioritizing value-driven user stories
• Identify key dependencies and line up partner Waterfall-based solutions within the Agile life cycle resulting in the implementation team's consistent delivery rhythm
• Produce process flows, mockups, user interface designs and other usability visuals as well as data field, migration and integration-related data mapping deliverables
