Sr Business Analyst with Margin and Collateral

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with trading desks, risk management, and IT teams to ensure accurate transaction lifecycle capture and collateralization for derivatives and repos.
• Document end-to-end collateral workflows including agreement execution, margin call calculations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Partner with technology teams to troubleshoot system issues, implement platform enhancements, and support new product onboarding.
• Ensure all margin requirements comply with global regulations and internal risk policies.
• Identify root causes for margin discrepancies and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance to establish lasting solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and new tool implementations to ensure they meet business-defined criteria.

Qualifications

• Experience with collateral management systems such as Apex, Murex, or TLM.
• Familiarity with messaging standards like Swift.
