Operations Analyst

About

As an Operations Analyst at Dynatrace Professional Services, you will drive delivery operations, governance, and operational excellence for customer engagements. You’ll design scalable processes, monitor performance, and enforce policies to improve utilization and delivery predictability. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to optimize tooling and workflows in Salesforce and related systems. Your work helps Professional Services scale while maintaining high-quality engagement outcomes. This is a chance to influence how services are delivered in a fast-paced, global software environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve operational processes supporting Professional Services delivery aligned to SOWs and contractual scope
• Analyze delivery performance, utilization, margin, and execution data to identify gaps and opportunities
• Develop and maintain policies and SOPs for delivery governance and compliance
• Partner with Business Systems and Operations to ensure tooling (Salesforce, etc.) supports workflows and forecasting
• Support operational roadmap for initiatives with near-term and long-term improvements
• Conduct regular operational reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Collaborate with Dynatrace ONE Strategy, Finance, Product, Sales, and Engineering to align delivery models

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in professional services operations, delivery operations, or business operations in SaaS/tech
• Bachelor in Business, Operations, Analytics
• Proficiency with Salesforce
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience in planning, performance reviews, and executive reporting
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with the ability to influence leadership
• Experience creating, approving, and enforcing operational policies and standards
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
