What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the primary trusted advisor for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, maintaining strong C‑level relationships
  • Drive customer success by aligning solutions with clients' business objectives and operational processes
  • Optimize and document client business processes, recommending best practices and collaborating on redesigns
  • Manage end‑to‑end service delivery, coordinating internal teams to meet service level agreements and resolve escalated issues
  • Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions to review performance metrics and identify expansion opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 7+ years of experience in Client/Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, with at least 4+ years focused on enterprise‑level customers
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts in B2B environments
  • Strong business process expertise with experience in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing operational workflows
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial operations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with Distributed Energy Resources, including solar and battery storage
  • Experience in service delivery management, including project management and issue resolution
  • Exceptional relationship‑building and executive communication skills
  • Experience in the energy, utilities, cleantech, or renewable energy sectors
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) or Six Sigma/Lean experience
