About

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will drive new software license revenue within a Mid-Market territory by building strategic plans and engaging prospective customers. You will partner with marketing to fuel growth, qualify opportunities, and run product demonstrations to illustrate value. You will manage ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction and open up additional revenue streams. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning ServiceNow offerings with customers’ IT roadmaps to deliver measurable impact. This role offers exposure to AI-enabled solutions and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing, global team.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Mid-Market clients and achieve sales quotas in the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy and regional plan
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive growth initiatives
  • Qualify prospects and create new sales opportunities and revenue streams
  • Conduct initial product demonstrations and presentations
  • Lead ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and expand revenue
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ business and IT roadmaps
  • Maintain clear visibility into the sales process and CRM hygiene

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as Commercial Account Executive or equivalent in IT
  • Experience achieving sales targets
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed organization with multiple virtual specialists
  • Executive-level relationship management experience
  • Ability to provide transparency to sales processes with strong CRM hygiene
  • Travel: 20-40%, up to 50% in some cases
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
