Job Description

  • Communications and change management specialist to provide support for enterprise and divisional initiatives through clear, accurate communications and practical change enablement content.
  • This role translates complex technology and business topics into concise, usable content for employees and leaders.
  • Must have provable successful experience in internal or external communication; strong writing and editing skills; and ability to independently research, evaluate, and summarize complex information with accuracy.
  • The role supports change and adoption efforts through messaging and enablement content, requires intermediate to advanced SharePoint skills, basic video editing capabilities, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving, high-visibility, high-expectations environment.

Must Have Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, experience drafting / developing business communications, creating and updating job aids, and supporting ongoing content updates.
  • Candidate must have change management experience, strong operational coordination / logistics skills, proficient in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft PowerPoint, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
