Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Sr. Data Quality Analyst supporting our Secure Power Division. This position is remote within the U.S. and requires 25% travel. Must be located near an airport.
Responsibilities
- Utilize statistical methods and tools such excel or power BI (and potentially other database analysis tools) to generate insight to analyze quality data and other metrics.
- Identify trends, review processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency and quality across projects.
- Provide data-driven reports for improving the quality management system.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, utilizing tools such as root cause analysis for audit finding resolution.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to ensure lessons learned are documented, analyzed, and shared across the CEPO teams.
- Proficiency in mapping out business processes, identifying critical quality control points, and documenting/implementing procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and promote training programs and education sessions for employees on quality management principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure awareness and understanding of QMS elements and requirements across the organization.
- Conduct and participate on internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Execute project internal audits, identify non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Compensation
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000.00 - $204,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Qualifications
- BA degree in a technical or business field
- Extensive experience working with databases to gather, review, understand, and present data
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma and Lean methodology
- Communication skills allowing interaction with project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
- Leadership and/or people management skills
