In this role you drive the end-to-end development of HPC charging guns, ensuring on-time, within-cost, and high-quality delivery. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer specs into technical requirements and manage design through CATIA V5, PDM, and verification activities. You balance performance, manufacturability, cost, and regulatory compliance while supporting industrialization and post-launch support. This position offers impact across design, testing, and documentation in a global, innovative environment.

  • Support root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues
  • Act as deputy for designated senior engineers or team leaders when required

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in designing plastic and metal components; experience with high current connectors preferred
  • Familiarity with HPC charging technologies, thermal management, and EV industry standards is highly desirable
  • Strong experience with CATIA and 3D CAD methodologies
  • Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical interfaces in high power connector systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross functional and international teams
  • Proficient in English spoken and fluent in written expression
