Join Cisco's Enterprise Wireless team as a Sr Director of Product Management and lead the evolution of the Access Point and Controller portfolio for enterprise networks.   • Orchestrating Cross-Functional Success - Lead through influence across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support teams to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Managing End-to-End Lifecycle - Guide AP and Controller hardware products from concept through launch and optimization, driving adoption, retention, and long-term value creation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's with 12+ years or Master's with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record launching and scaling Access Point platforms with demonstrated adoption and growth in enterprise networking markets
  • 7+ years in product management or equivalent roles in wifi hardware and/or connected hardware technology
  • 5+ years successfully leading and developing high-performance Product Management teams
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT operations including wifi networking, security, hardware programs, and application delivery across the full gamut of customers deployments including giant campuses to small distributed environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep passion for user-centered design with demonstrated success building exceptional hardware for technical audiences
  • Comprehensive understanding of how wifi works, hardware design and build cycles, compliance, networking protocols, and enterprise infrastructure complexity
  • Strong collaboration track record with engineering teams bringing innovative products from concept to market
  • Technical expertise in RF physics, Access Point design, FCC wifi requirements, thermal planning
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome technical obstacles, and deliver results under pressure
  • Strategic mindset combined with operational excellence and bias for action
  • Relevant enterprise networking experience valued equally with formal education

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting salary range for U.S. and/or Canada locations: $280,100.00 to $384,800.00 (excluding incentive compensation, equity, or benefits)
  • Individual pay determined by hiring location, market conditions, skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training
  • U.S. employees offered benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, basic life insurance
  • Paid time off includes 10 paid holidays, 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees, 1 paid day off for birthday, year-end holiday shutdown, 4 paid personal wellness days
  • Vacation: Non-exempt employees receive 16 days paid vacation per year; exempt employees have flexible vacation time off program
  • Sick time off: 80 hours provided on hire date and each January 1st, with carryover
  • Additional paid time off for family emergencies
  • Optional 10 paid volunteer days per year
  • Eligibility for annual bonuses and performance-based incentive pay

Salary Ranges by Location

  • New York City Metro Area: $280,100.00 - $442,600.00
  • Non-Metro New York State & Washington State: $267,600.00 - $390,300.00

*For quota-based sales roles, salary ranges include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined.

*Employees in Illinois participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements.
