Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a talented team of electrical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of micro‑electronic components and systems.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the team members across all aspects of EE, e.g. analog, digital, RF, power.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement strategies, processes, and best practices pertaining to electrical and electronics engineering.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, task execution, and resources.
- Support new business initiatives through estimation and proposal development.
Qualifications
US CITIZEN REQUIREMENT
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
- Must have or be eligible for a security clearance due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an applicable technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, practices, and standards.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Pay and Benefits
- The annual base salary range for this position is $178,000 – $223,000. This salary information serves as a general guideline; Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including scope and responsibilities, candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, and market and business considerations.
- This position is incentive plan eligible.
